Well done to everyone who worked their way through the time trial this morning. If your time has improved, keep up the good work. For the few people whose time has not improved, feel free to drop me an email at kktriathlon at gmail and we can have a look at the reasons why. Helen and Helen Holohan: I am missing Helen's 400m and 300m times and I know Helen H was wearing a watch. Could Helen H confirm the times on the spreadsheet are correct because I suspect they are mixed up (i.e. the times down as Helen H's are in fact Helen's and Helen H's times are on her watch).... docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1USXkGJquWbDoX7AdZsyMeQ9CMcImqHL_vXd0f7qcWUU/edit?usp=sharingBelpark Swim Times 05122014.xlsx (22.12 KB)

Howdy. I found a couple of anomalies in the spreadsheet with my times, though most of them don't seem to matter in terms of the 'viewable' columns but individuals might want to double check their own times just in case!
One such discrepancy was my last 100m which should be 1:39 not 1:51.
I blame my garbled, exhausted, hypoxic, quasi-australian accent for the misrepresentation.
Cheers!
Ronan

V2 of the excel with corrections to Deirdre and Ronan's times below. I've noticed myself that the time/100m is wrong in a few columns but doesn't appear to affect the overall time. If someone wants to download this excel, fix this formula and upload it again feel free - I will be using the template again next time so you will be doing is all a favour! Hi Kevin, I updated a few cells that were visibly wrong - V3 attached. Belpark Swim Times 05122014V3.xlsx (21.29 KB) I was also bored so knocked up a new template which might make it easier for you to capture the times. Ie - If people shout 1:45 at you you can input 145, 2:57 is 257 etc into the cell and the background formula will calculate the rest. I locked the formula cells so no risk of anyone breaking it, the only cells editable are Name & times. Should be fairly self explanatory but any questions give me a shout. Hi Rob,
Do you think it would be possible to do up an excel doc which would have all Winter Swim TT, Bike TT & Run TT in the one place (maybe across different sheets for either each 5 week period or each discipline?) and functionality for people who did the tt themselves rather than coached session to also add their own names?
Dont break the internet if not possible - but just thought I'd ask in case your bored again at any stage!
Ellen

Do you mean like this Ellen? File should be accessible to everyone, and (hopefully) the only fields that can be edited are name and times on each sheet. Belpark Winter TTIf people update their names correctly on each sheet they should all pull through to the first page correct. Maybe you could post a sticky with link asking everyone to update their names so we can record all TT on the file? Currently run and cycle need to be input as hh:mm:ss format, and swim input as numeric - 237 = 2:37, 945 = 9:45 etc. If there is a need to change the formats to match I will, though I think its fine as is. Well done, Rob. I though I was handy at the Excel, but you're a different level altogether! I presume the latest link in your last post is where we go to input data now, and ignore all other links? (I'll be doing my swim TT tomorow morning.) Sharon

Mine (Helen H) are right Kevin. Just checked with the Garmin.

Re This morning's TT
I've inputted the times from this morning's swim TT in to the tab for Friday's Swim TT as I didn't want to/couldn't create a new tab. As you will see 1. there are few surnames - could people add these in themselves to avoid confusion? and 2. There's one more swimmer than the spreadsheet allows for - maybe Rob could sort this out??

Added more lines to spreadsheet there Kevin.
If people are updating a second time for this morning session can they put date in beside name. I'll work out a way to capture this seperate as an additional TT. (should have done it before I sorted names)
