Advanced level spins - starting this Sunday November 19th

Hi All,



We have had some requests for the reinstatement if the advanced spin on Sundays. We are going to begin with it again this weekend:



Details:

Spin leaves clubhouse at 9am.

Leader for this Sunday will be Johnny Morris

Requirements for attending advanced spins:


• You must have attended at least three intermediate spins

• You must be a competent cyclist with very good understanding of road etiquette; keeping speed up by effectively peeling off and pulling through, riding bar to bar and no half-wheeling.

• You must be able to maintain an average speed of 27+km/h over a 3-hour cycle.



Please post up below if you plan to attend or if you have any questions. We would really prefer if we have a list if attendees before we set off on Sunday morning.
