Mark pick up a copy of ironfit (the half one)
The sample training plans recommend a sprint or Olympic in weeks 10-14 of their 16 week plan. Ie the weekend of Belfast is 2 weeks from Dublin 70.3
They also have a structure for the 2 weeks to taper properly from sprint/Olympic to 70.3 race day.
Rest of the book is a decent read too
