UCD Swim Mon 05 January back to the 6am/7am starts!!!

We have 5 PAYG spaces available at 6am advanced session & 2 spaces at 7am improvers. Please post below to claim spot & pay 7e at pool deck to Helen French. Paid up swimmers please remember to cancel if you cannot make it.

Please note: We are doing our best to maximise the use of our lanes and ensure that swimmers of a similar ability are signed up for the same session. We therefore have relaxed the qualifiying criteria for advanced session in hope that some improvers might move up or Friday intermediate swimmers will take up PAYG sessions - Criteria for 6am on Monday is now swimming 100s off 1.55. If you are pretty close to this time & are also aware of good swim lane etiquette ( so for example you will get out of the way at 50m mark if being lapped by faster swimmers etc), than it is okay to go along to the advanced session. Obviously if you are no where near the 1.55 time, than there is no point signing up as there will be no enjoyment for you or the other swimmers in lane!

Helen hi, can anyone attend the TT swim session this coming Friday morning and other tests over the weekend?

Hi Phil, yes absolutely you can attend, the only pre requisite for the Swim is as Helen mentioned that you have your TI membership up to date and if you have not pre signed up for the swim block that you need to get one of the PAYG slots which will be posted here in the Forum during the week
