When timing the 100m - is it 100m as fast as you can, then stop, or would it be an average 100m over say 1000m?
I'd say I could reach a sub 2.15 times for 100m, but stretch the swim any longer and my 5th, 6th or 7th 100m would be much slower.
Strength is fine, endurance is the concern.
I'd really like to join a 6am swim, but I really think Id just be slowing the lane up on Mondays swim, I'd be looking at Friday.
Or is anyone aware of a 'good beginners' 6am lane anywhere.

Hi Killian, you should book Friday 6am, 2 lanes which cater for most levels / abilities really.
