Hi All
Please see the main set for tomorrow training session. The full plan is attached.
If individuals have raced Carlow last weekend or are racing this coming Weekend (Lough Cutra, Gort). You do not have to do the full set. Equally, if you wish to use this session as an alternative to the Saturday beginner cycle. That is also fine.
Duathlon Session. Review of Transition Area. Athlete to setup bike in Transition. 1. Run Route X 1 2. Cycle route X 2 3. Run route X 1 4. Cycle route X 2
The purpose of brick training is to develop transition skills and muscle memory.
