Hi all
Planned session for this Thursday is below. Meeting point is opposite Papal Cross (Top of Kyber). Meeting Time 6:30.
Duathlon Session. Review of Transition Area. Athlete to setup bike in Transition. 1. Run Route X 1 2. Cycle route X 2 3. Run route X 1 4. Cycle route X 2 5. Run route X 1 The purpose of brick training is to develop transition skills and muscle memory.
