Hi all, Planned session for this Thursday is below.Meeting point is opposite Papal Cross (Top of Kyber). Meeting Time 6:30. I'll be leading the session as Phil is busy doing IronMan Austria for 2 weeks (it won't take him that long).
Session 7 focus will be on T1 and T2 Transitions. Duathlon Session Review of Transition Area. Athlete to setup bike in Transition. 1. Run Route X 1 2. Cycle route X 2 3. Run route X 1 4. Cycle route X 2
The purpose of brick training is to develop transition skills and muscle memory.
