Chivalry is alive and well in Belpark! Luke Alvey stopped during his own race to stay with Jeremy Grecu who had fallen of his bike at DCT on Sunday until the ambulance arrived. Thankfully Jeremy was not too badly injured.

Sharon, I am starting to gain mobility back in my right shoulder, there will be no training for me this week and probably no swimming for another week or two. (hopefully)

It was no problem. I needed a bit of a rest anyway! I'm sure any other Belparker would have done likewise.
