Joe - just read Frank's response...I never read the cancellation mails, just deleted them, so don't have a code. You live and learn. I'll know for next time - is there any way you can resend me the cancellation codes so I can use my 2 free slots? Thanks I just sent you the coupon code via email..

I have a couple of credits from swims that I cancelled on the system. Everytime I try to book a replacement session I get this message "Bookings have either not started yet or are now closed for this event." Am I doing something stupid? Hi Steve, the message you are getting means either that the event is not yet open for bookings or that the window to book that event is closed. In the more likely case of you trying to book an upcoming swim slot (i.e. the former case) it simply means that PAYG bookings aren't open yet. We only allow PAYG slots to be booked no earlier than 3 days before each event, so I assume you were trying to book earlier than that - hence the message. All of this is clearly detailed in the Swimming FAQ.
